Instructions:
(ASSEMBLE THE ENTIRE RAKE BEFORE MOUNTING TO PLOW)
1. Install the rake bracket to the back of the rake. Line up the 2 holes on the bracket to the 2 holes on the back of the rake.
2. Next attach the plow bracket to the rack bracket. There's 2 bolts connecting the 2 brackets. One bolt is the pivot bolt (can be loosened but not removed when adjusting the angle). The other bolt will need to be removed and align with on of the five different options to adjust your angle correctly.
3. To install Just remove the two bolts the blade of the plowblade. Make sure the two bolts line up with the slotted holes on the plowblade bracket. Attach the brackets using a the 1 1/2" carriage bolt provided. Use ½”socket or wrench. (Do not forget to add your lock washers to keep the nut from falling off.) Tighten firmly.
4. Now the rake is attached, lower you plow to assure the tines are straight up or down. To adjust the angle locate the 2 bolts connecting the 2 brackets. One bolt is the pivot bolt (can be loosened but not removed). The other bolt will need to be removed and align with on of the five different options to adjust your angle correctly. Make sure all bolts are tightened then get to work!
